O.K Training Session

Hey Team Gold!

So this afternoon, we had a small tactic session to keep us in order.



We did pretty bad in the beginning, but we improved by the end. I have noticed that there are some things we need to work on.

1. Staying Active on Chat

If you are on the chat, STAY ACTIVE ON THE CHAT. Today we had many people sitting idle during the training session. If you are idle, you have no idea what is going on during that time. When you have no idea what's going on, it causes problems. So stay active on the chat when you are online.

2. Listening to the Orders

When the person who is leading gives an order, you are to listen to them. If you don't, it makes us look a little sloppy on CP. There's those couple of people who aren't listening to the tactics, and just sitting there. That makes us look unorganized. Therefore, when the leader gives an order, you are to listen.

3. Doing the RIGHT Tactics

When you hear a tactic given on chat, you go on CP and do it, right? Well make sure you do the right ones! There are some people who do the wrong ones. If you accidentally do the wrong tactic, then quickly change it and do the right one. But when you keep doing the wrong one and don't fix it, it makes us look bad. So make sure you do the tactic right!

Well other than that, we did okay today. We could have been better, but for now it was okay. Let's make sure we fix these problems in the future! Here are the pics from earlier:
