~ Golden Rule ~

-       If you come on to this chat, you must join our army to become a soldier. /join/

-       The only exception we allow is if you are from another army negotiating or from a Club Penguin Army News business reporting on the current news.

-       Please respect and obey all rules that are given.

-       Most importantly… HAVE FUN! :mrgreen:

 1.    No Inappropriate Behavior:

-       No swearing on main chat or Private Chat/Private Message, this also includes, censored swears and the Flip emote which is considered as the f-word.

-       No sexual or alcoholic/drug conversations.

-       No inappropriate doodles.

-       No inappropriate links.

-       No racism or sexism towards other soldiers. This also includes ridiculing a soldiers’ ethnicity.

-       No flaming (or insulting) the soldiers, chat, or army. This includes, swearing or attempting to insult with smilies at any of the general topics listed.

Punishment: 3 kicks, 1hr ban (If disobedience continues 5hr ban may be issued)

 2.   No Abuse:

-       No spamming smilies (ss) or spamming phrases/words (s). You can only use 5 smilies at a time and at least 6 in your name.

-       No flooding chat. This means to not fill the chat with phrases/words.

-       Do not abuse the use of ‘capital locks’. This means to not continually talk with the capital locks on, unless we are at an event and you are the leader or whoever is leading the event.

Punishment: 3 kicks, 1hr ban (If disobedience continues 5hr ban may be issued)

-       No kicking/banning soldiers for no reason. This goes for owner and moderator ranks. (If you think that you were kicked/banned unfairly report the situation at http://teamgoldofcp.blogspot.com/report/, be sure to have a screenie as proof.)

 3.   No Advertising:

-       No advertising links to other chats or sites unless they are http://teamgoldofcp.blogspot.com or http://xat.com/tgarmycp. Photobucket, Tinypic, and You Tube links are acceptable.

Punishment: 1 warning (If disobedience continues 1hr ban may be issued)

 4.   No Scamming:

-       Do not scam any soldiers for xats, powers, etc. Scamming, phishing, or abusing glitches are also prohibited.

-       Do not link anyone to and phishing URL.

-       Do not attempt to sell or teach any troop how to scam, phish, or abuse glitches.

Punishment: Warning, Kick, 1hr ban

 5.   During an unscheduled or scheduled event:

-       Do not lead any event if there is already a leader on chat. If there is no leader at the time, the highest ranked soldier will lead the current event.

-       Always listen to the orders given during an event only from the leader or highest ranked soldier currently at the event.

-       No side conversations or any disruptions during an event.

Punishment: 3 kicks, 1hr ban

 6.   Do not ask:

-       Do not ask for moderator or owner rank. We only give this authority to those who have earned it. (Be aware that you may loose this rank at any time for any fair reason.)

-       Do not ask for a promotion. We will award you with one if we decide that you deserve a promotion.

-       Do not ask for other Xat links that are not from Lightning Force Army of Club Penguin.

Punishment: 3 kicks, 1hr ban (If disobedience continues 5hr ban may be issued)



7. No talking about other social networks

-  Any website that is not affiliated or does not involve Team Gold of Club Penguin(tm) or Clubpenguin.Com it is not to be spoken of

- Do not ask any soldier for their personal information such as, name, address, phone number, etc. Asking in what country they live in is acceptable unless they do not wish to answer.
