1. Summary
Team Gold is a democracy government. We vote for the leaders of Team Gold as well as other issues. There are three branches in Team Gold's government. The first branch is the Executive Branch. The Executive Branch's job is to enforce the law of Team Gold. The Executive branch is made up of the 3rd in commands, 2nd in commands, 1st in commands, the President, the Vice President, the presidential Cabinet, and the governors. The second branch is the legislative branch. The legislative Branch's job is to create new laws that will help the Team Gold Army of Club Penguin. The legislative branch is made up of the Speaker of the House, the Vice President, and the 12 senators. The third branch of government is the Judicial Branch. The Judicial Branch controls the courts. They are the final judge of court cases, impeachment, and other issues. The Judicial Branch is made up of the Chief Justice, the two Deputy Chief Justice's, the 4 Associate Justices, 10 prosecutors, and 10 attorneys. Note: You can only serve each government rank 2 times and 1 term is 2 months. Exceptions are the prosecutors, attorneys, and the governors.
2. Government
Executive Branch:
President: The president must be voted by the Team Gold army and shall serve for 2 months as well as any other government rank except the prosecutors, attorneys, and governors. The president may serve for 2 terms. The president's job is to basically lead all of the branches. The president must plan meetings, inform the army of new laws, give status reports, and many other things presidential related. The president must consult with the leader of the army or the judicial branch if he or she wishes to declare war on another army. The president also leads the Executive Branch. If the president fails to meet his or her job expectations, the senate must vote 3/4 to impeach the president.
Vice President: The Vice President shall be picked by the president and shall serve 2 months. The Vice President can serve for as many terms as they wish as long as the President picks him or her to become Vice President. The Vice President's job is to assist the president and attend meetings when he or she is not there. The Vice President must consult with the president, leaders of the army, and the judicial branch if he or she wishes to declare war on another army. The Vice President has the same power as the president and must do the same jobs as the president, however the Vice President gets a vote in the senate if there is a tie breaker for a law. If the Vice President fails to meet his or her job expectations, the president may fire the Vice President or the senate must vote 3/4 to impeach the Vice President.
Secretary of State: The Secretary of State's job is to deal with foreign issues. (other armies) The Secretary of State has the right to make armies alliances, get rid of the army's alliance, make the army an enemy, get rid of the army's enemy status, and make and un-make armies on the neutral list. The Secretary of State must negotiate with other armies about Club Penguin Army Warfare issues. The Secretary of State must be voted in office by the Team Gold Army of Club Penguin. The Secretary of State must be fired by the president, vice president, or a vote of 3/4 of the senate.
Secretary of Defense: The Secretary of Defense's job is to plan and strategize defenses of our nation. They must be voted in office by the Team Gold Army of Club Penguin. If the Secretary of Defense does not meet his or her job requirements, he or she must be fired by the president, vice president, or a vote of 3/4 of the senate.
Secretary of Labor: The Secretary of Labor's job is to make sure everyone in the government and in the army is doing their job. This includes the senate, the executive, the judicial, the leaders of the army, and most importantly, the soldiers of the army. The Secretary of Labor must be voted in office by the Team Gold army of Club Penguin. If the Secretary of Labor does not meet his or her job requirements, he must be fired by the President, the Vice President, or a vote of 3/4 of the senate.
Governor (However number of servers Team Gold has, is how many governors there currently are): The governors job is to control their server that Team Gold Army of Club Penguin owns. They must be hand-picked by the President, Vice President, Secretary of Defense, or the leader of the army. They have a right to make soldiers patrol their server and if needed call a server lock down. The governor must work with the Secretary of Defense to think of ways to help maintain security on the server. Every time Team Gold gains a server, a new governor shall be appointed right away. If Team Gold looses the server, the governor looses his or her government job, however they may become governor again for another server.
Legislative Branch
Speaker of the House: The Speaker of the House leads the Legislative Branch. His or her job is to present bills that were nominated by senators and also vote on it as well as the senators. The Speaker of the House must plan and attend senate meetings. He or she also needs to make sure that the Legislative branch is running smoothly. The Speaker of the House must be elected by the Team Gold Army of Club Penguin. If he or she fails to meet his or her requirements, he must be fired. The president and vice president can fire him or her or 3/4 of the senate can fire him.
Vice President: The Vice President has nothing to do with the legislative branch, however if there is a tiebreaker on a bill, the vice president receives a vote.
Senators (12): The senators have the right to create a bill and submit it to the senate for it to be voted. The senate must agree 3/4 for it to become a law. The senators must be elected by the Team Gold Army of Club Penguin. If he or she fails to meet his or her requirements one of the following must fire him or her, the president, the vice president, and the speaker of the house.
Judicial Branch
Chief Justice: The Chief Justice controls the Judicial Branch/Supreme Court. This rank has the final say in court cases. The Chief Justice must help the Judicial Branch run smoothly. The Chief Justice must be elected by the Team Gold Army of Club Penguin. If he or she does not meet the job requirements one of the following must fire him or her, the president, the vice president, or a vote of 3/4 of the senate can fire him or her.
Deputy Chief Justice: This rank has the same responsibilities and power as the Chief Justice although the Chief Justice can fire the Deputy Chief Justice, or the president, or the vice president, or a vote of 3/4 of the senate can fire him or her.
Associate Justice (4): This rank is the regular judge of the supreme court. They have final decisions and must keep the court running. They must be fully active just like any other rank as they are trusted members and are not biased. This rank must be elected by the Team Gold Army of Club Penguin. One of the following can fire him or her: Chief Justice, Deputy Chief Justice, President, and Vice President.
Prosecutor (10): This rank's main job is to make the defendant guilty. In each court case, there shall be at least one Prosecutor. They must be hand-picked by one of the following: The Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice, President, or Vice President. If they fail to meet their job expectations, they must be fired by The Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice, President, or Vice President.
Defense attorney (10): This rank's main job is to defend their client. They must know how to put up a good argument just like the Prosecutor. They must be hand-picked by one of the following: The Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice, President, or Vice President. If they fail to meet their expectations, one of the following can fire him or her, the Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice, President, or Vice President.
Note: JUSTICES CANNOT BE BIASED OR TAKE BRIBES OTHERWISE IT IS AN AUTOMATIC IMPEACHMENT.
3. Citizenship
The citizens also known as the soldiers are one of the main parts of the army. The citizens get many great rights. All you have to do is just to join the Team Gold Army of Club Penguin. Here are the special rights citizens get:
- Get to vote
- Get to run for any government position at any rank
- Access to the Team Gold chat
- Can give feedback to government about new laws
- If founded guilty in anything, the citizen has the right to make a court case and automatically receives a defense attorney
- Gets the right to brag that they are a Team Gold soldier
